Technician / Installer:
Job Description: Technician / Installer will perform the initial setup of Wireless Internet and Voice over IP (VoIP Phone) services as well as troubleshoot and repair wireless and phone services for customers. Assist customers with Personal Wireless Router and basic Email Account setup. Responsible for installing required equipment on our Wireless Towers and maintain those towers. You will be responsible for the basic maintenance of Wireless equipment and perform any upgrades on latest firmwares. You will be responsible for proactively monitoring and correcting network and wireless related issues. Will be trained on the above duties and also trained on Fiber Splicing.
Job Requirements:
Must be willing to climb on customer roofs and Wireless Towers. Valid driver's license to be able to drive on a daily basis. Be willing to work nights or on weekends if needed. There will be night and weekend on-call rotation of answering any customer calls. ​
