My Internet is running slow, Why?
1. Reboot your Internet Radio that is on your roof. To do this, find the cable that runs into your home or business that is connected to that radio outside. This cable is connected to a small black POE box that plugs into power. It also has another network cable that runs into your wireless router or desktop computer. Unplug the small black POE box wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in. Wait one minute and try the internet again. If this doesn't help please try the next step.
2. If you have a Home Wireless Router such as a Cisco Linksys, Dlink, Belkin, or other router please reboot this router. This can be done by unplugging the power on the router wait 10 seconds and plug it back in. Wait one minute and try your Internet again. If this doesn't help please try the next step.
3. Make sure all cables are connected securely. Cables in the small black POE box, cables in your Home Wireless Router, cable connected to a Desktop PC. If all cables are secure please try next step.
4. If you are using several Toolbars such as google, yahoo, virus protection toolbars, and other toolbars in your Internet Explorer or other browsers this can cause your Browser to run slow or not work at all causing your Internet Connection to "appear" slow or "appear" that your Internet is down. Please disable toolbars that you do not use or uninstall toolbars.

Why do I need to reboot my Radio or Home Router?
Internet Customers with services such as Cable, DSL, or Wireless Internet service have always asked why do we need to reboot our modem, radio, or home router? Electronic Devices require a steady stream of consistent power so to better ensure the best performance of your radio or home router you can put a battery backup in place.
Does MR Systems Wireless charge for a service call if my Internet is down?
MR Systems Wireless strives to give the best customer service. The only time a customer will be charged for a service call is if the reason for "slow" or "no internet access" turns out to be a personal computer or home router issue. To help determine if it could be your personal computer or home router please consider checking these items. Please don't hesitate to call us if you need help on how to check these items. We are here to assist you, and there will be no charge for assisting you over the phone!

4. Eliminate your wireless home router. If you have a wireless home router unplug the LAN cable that runs from your wireless home router into the LAN side of the small black POE box that your Internet Radio comes in to. Then take this cable and run it directly into a desktop or laptop and see if you have internet access.
4. Make sure all cables are connected securely. Cables in the small black POE box, cables in your Home Wireless Router, cable connected to a Desktop PC. If all cables are secure please try next step.
5. 6. Run your virus protection or malware program to see if you were hit by a virus that disabled your Internet browsing.
